Choose a Credit Pack that suits your organization

Regardless of whether you run a small startup journal, or are a large publishing house with hundreds of journals, we have a Credit Pack to suit your needs. Simply select the pack with the right number of manuscripts/submissions and price for you, and your online journal account is “filled up” and ready to begin receiving manuscripts/ submissions. If you are a publishing company interested in creating a company account, this can be done via the purchase of an XL pack, which will give you the best per-manuscript rate and access to company reports.

Pay only for your manuscript submissions

All of our Credit Packs are all-inclusive, and by this we mean that full onboarding help is provided, as well as all the technical support necessary thereafter. There is no extra cost for onboarding or for technical support. There are no setup fees. There is no cost for resubmissions. This is truly an affordable peer review system that is sophisticated and robust enough to handle your journals and simultaneously offer a user-friendly experience.

Pricing FAQ

What happens if I run out of credits?
You will be alerted as your credits start to run low. If you should accidentally run out, don’t worry – you will still be able to receive manuscripts from authors, they will just be locked until you fill up your account with new credits. At that point, you will be able to put the received manuscripts through peer review.

How long will my Credits be valid?
In short – forever. The Credits you purchase are yours to spend in your own time.There is no expiration date.

Can I buy a larger Pack than the XL?
Not at this point. The XL Credit Pack is currently the largest pack and also, the best value credit pack, at $8.50 pr. Manuscript submission.

Do I commit to a Credit Pack size when I purchase it?
No, you are free to top off your account with any other Credit Pack size at any point.

Will my journal be charged for resubmissions?
No. We do not charge for re-submissions of the same manuscript.

If I reject a manuscript, will I still be deducted a Credit?
Yes. We charge for the processing of a manuscript- whether it is accepted or rejected.
